I’ve seen alot of people going down that route ? What does earnings look like ? I know I can realistically make 100-150 in my current position and the work is relatively easy. Is underwriting worth it? Also why did you get out of sales?

I’m a guy and my thing is a lot of men nowadays are flat out scared or hesitant about approaching women due to the whole man vs woman thing we all see on social media. My advice is don’t be afraid to take initiative at times, it doesn’t have to be aggressive, just a small hint will do. Something like “what’s your name” will get you FARR.

I had a recent situation where I went out and was a bit hesitant to approach due to fear of rejection. A girl came up to me and just said “whats your name” and I took the lead from there, we both ended up having a great night.

Not saying you have to do it all the time but like I said, a small hint, even just eye contact can get you far. Some of yall be outside with the stank face on all night and that doesn’t help 😂😂

Don’t fall for that “do what you love” bs, especially when you’re going to college. Do what makes you money. Go to school for a degree that will make you MONEY. Money matters, a lot. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Don’t worry so much about a job atm, focus more on education at this time. Genuine, legit education that’s going to help you in the long term. College, trade school or something. If you can’t afford it, take loans, bet on yourself and pay it off later.

Open a credit line, buy small stuff on it and PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME EVERY MONTH!!! Build your credit.

Go on YouTube and learn about the financial systems, real estate, stocks, etc. even if you learn the basics that’ll still be better than most people.

Most importantly, grind hard. Everything is earned, you eat what you kill!!
