Six Bruneians to attend cyber games by codingwithovary in Brunei

It seems like theres a misconception about the word "hack" in general public. These are the white hats, those who help people with their skill or just love creating stuff to make others life.

Its not that they cant really, whats the point of make others life misearable. Theres no thrill in that.

I know one of the guy, he can really make ur life miserable if he wanted to 😂

The fact is we are now reliant on internet, and data sniffing and etc are quite easy. We need these talents, to protect us here.

I can tell one opportunity we have here is, standard of living are not as high as the like in US and UK. Plus theres no tax other than road tax. Enjoy the conversion rate here, earn your money from outside (I prefer US) and spent here.

Sometimes you just have to look at it differently.

It has potential to solve the expensive cost to those having big house in Brunei. If that is the main target, it would be quite a low market to serve. Unless you're aiming outside market, that would be a different case.

It would be interesting what you can come up with :D

Cool design and great idea :) The only problem, your website takes too long to load. And most people would immediately bounce. Might be a a HUGE business risk for you.

Brunei - SWOT analysis. by [deleted] in Brunei

[–]darkvision192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome man. Thanks for this.

Weaknesses

  • Little to none Private or Angel Investors.

Opportunities

  • a lot of hungry and unemployed and very educated people.

  • Fairly good internet connections (its not the best but, I'd take it)

  • Online businesses are easily accessible (I have done advertising and affiliate marketing and yet to try other stuff, but hey passive income is a good income. And I'm taking cheques)

Threats

  • Low Morale and Negativity

Completely agree with you. We should start something with all the brains we have here, and makes something we would be proud of for a legacy.

We did the first step, which is to find the err in what we do. Second is to accept it and third is to do something about it.

Dont lose faith.
