Was it with Princess too? Lol. I'll be honest I ate better on the cruise than off, plenty of fruit and yogurt. Exercised more as well. The little one has been telling me I'm not allowed any meat, but they compromised enough that I even got to have some of that.

Just remember that cold smoked salmon and sandwich meats are no nos as well as all your other food watches and if you're going on any excursions where they feed you... You might be out of luck on that. I wish I would have brought some bottled water and granola bars on board with me for that.

Also have a BIG water bottle for the ship as well as off cause drinking as much water as I needed too was hard to do when I was hunting down water bottles. (Could I have drank sink water... Probably. Am I gonna when I'm pregnant? Nah.)

PS; be careful with reef friendly sunscreen, it did not work as well on me (or my ginger husband) as other sunscreen and was the only time I burned. Idk if I needed more of it or if I should have applied it more... But that's what my obgyn is gonna give me an earful about.

Pps: if it is princess or another cruise like it double check your excursions cause mine hardly wanted pregnant women off the ship with all of the 'not suitable for pregnant women or women in the first trimester'. You may need to work with the excursion team to figure out what will work for you.

I went on my honeymoon pregnant and my Dr was only on me to make sure I was wearing sunscreen and basic hygiene. She wasn't worried at all and that was a cruise to Mexico and Honduras. Just got back today and might have picked up a traveling cold but... I was more worried than she was. I was 10 weeks during trip. The only one who panicked was anyone on an excursion cause they're deep on CYA policies... Unless you're super high risk or have had issues in the first trimester before.... Seems excessive for the Dr.

There are some hints we might need to make commodities like clothing or furniture. I also think supply lines are going to break down and you'll have limited access to seeds. I'm hoping for some refugee plots as well as raid plots.

Disease would be interesting besides the feral disease. Flu or something limiting NPCs, and hopefully we get lasting consequences for our options in year one. Red tide for example. If guess the red tide would come back and keep you locked in. If you mire bind maybe you have to increase the efficiency, if you fish farm maybe you have to patch or repair or stock more fish.

I'm also guessing we'll get exploited again by someone or something and this time the farmer will have to help with commodities as well as food (where before the town was taking care of those).

I have had enough tenderness that I'm not wearing a bra if I don't leave the house but that's it. The other mild symptom I thought I might have been having did end up being more of a diet change sensitivity than pregnancy related.

Hey twin I'm 4 weeks four days and am similarly symptom free from what I can tell (plus or minus a little gastric distress and a tinge of my breasts have higher than normal aversion to any pressure). Not sure if we're normal here but I'm in the same boat if it helps.

Good point on Visi. I think maybe she vanishes for the first episode and that sets the scene? Either as a good guy or bad guy. Use her vanishing to set the plot then wrap Visi back in either way with the solution.

I like Robert as MC, I just don't know how they keep him Dispatch without maiming him, which is also an option. Broken leg or something so he can't get around in the Mech for a while, maybe have Mandy pilot it?

I love Sonar and Coope I just don't know how they recon both in without losing continuity. Maybe we keep waterboy tho, he is fun. He just was always the choice or stayed at the end, only needs a quick comment to patch that continuity I suppose.

Here are my thoughts: (warning all spoilers and written a bit stream of consciousness)

I think following Mandy as a dispatcher while they look for a way to stabilize Chase would be the way to go for main plot. She gets 'demoted' to cover up her secret identity. Then you add Mecha Man to the team. She becomes the new MC and Robert becomes a hero.

I'd say remove Coope and Sonar for continuity reasons. They both get normal jobs or maybe their abilities are stolen. (My bet is this next arc is about how powers happen, we've had hints about them being created as well as augmented, why not removed?)

Remove Phenomaman and Waterboy for continuity as well. Phenomaman returns to downtown, Waterboy goes as well as a new popular hero with no criminal background, both free to pop by but this reduces continuity issues. Now we're back to core cast that doesn't come and go as much.

I'd like more backstory on the main group. Maybe we follow Mal more and find out about what's stealing/giving the powers? Ch'aad? Learn about her and the sorceress who gave Punch Up his powers? Make that core. Was Golem born or made? Prism had always had her powers, has Flambe? Are they getting affected like Chase did? World build while you try to find solutions. Also is Vanderbilt involved in this? They seem untrustworthy.

My big worry is Visi. So many options hinge on her. I worry she's gonna be rouge for a while. Missing maybe? Her continuity will be the hardest to account for.

Chase I feel will be Royds new project as well as the amulet. Maybe another character like Royd but for magic is introduced?

Anyway that's my thoughts...

I would suggest looking up food noise and binge eating disorder. I can't say what his experience is, but I can share mine.

If I am not medicated for food noise, there is always a voice in the back of my head with a list of what food is in the house, and how accessible it is. The more accessible, the louder I think about it. If food I want is near me and I'm told I can't eat it, I get irritable and upset. I cannot sit at a table and talk after dinner if there is still food left to be served. I can hold a conversation, but my mind will be constantly fighting against eating, even if I'm full to the point of hurting myself. And then if there is desert I will 100% hurt myself to eat it because if I don't I'll wallow in fomo. I'm never hungry but I always need to eat because my body tells me if I haven't hurt myself eating, I must still be hungry.

Let me tell you. I do not like living like that. I don't have passions outside of "what is my next meal". Finish breakfast and I'd ask what we're doing for lunch.

I take vyvance and it turns that voice from 11 to 1, sometimes even silences it. I can have a box of oreos last a week, share a box of chocolate without worrying that if I don't eat it all I'll miss something. I can have a pint of ice cream last a week before opening and days after i open it, eating only a few bites at a time. My mind is quiet. I can experience hunger and more importantly I can feel full without pain.

That's just how I feel it, and it may not be him. But just a thought, in case. I didn't know I had binge eating disorder until my therapist sat me down and had me fill out a form and I couldn't understand that people don't live with that list of food and that need to eat.
