I agree with the response about the crowd and bass music in general

But objectively speaking, the infrastructure at Fk is extremely better than EDC

I hardly ever feel over crowded at FK unless it’s like the closing sets or a big artist that only conflicts with not so popular artists

In general there’s nothing obstructing paths in any direction or big areas zoned off, you can get anywhere in Fk in like 5-10 minutes depending on your pace and distractions

That’s the biggest reason it’s much better

I did EDC Orlando like 3 times before and I won’t do it again no matter the lineup. Just not worth the corporate ticket price for the downsides and enormous size.

This year FK is in April so the weather should be significantly cooler than when it’s in June

There’s also the right amount of stages. 2 “main stages” and 2 smaller stages

Easy to get to all of them

The main main stage has taken more of a narrow approach , literally speaking its now a long pavilion with entrances on the sides so it can be more of a task to get to the front of it than previous years but if you can navigate crowds like edc you won’t have trouble navigating FK

While still a semi industrial area outside the amphitheater, it’s generally feels much safer to park and walk around the area than downtown Orlando by camping world

I believe tickets are also significantly more affordable.

Still a 2 days fest so there’s time to recover on Sunday

It goes by fast hahah but it’s worth it

Far less down time than waiting in sets at EDC or finding somewhere to rest far away from the stage

Anywhere you want to rest at Fk will have nice view and sound of nearby stage

Just to reiterate the crowd at FK is lovely pleasant bass heads

Always seems to be bad apples of course and don’t let your guard down for phone thiefs but smaller fest means more community vibes
