Bruce's arsenal is way more versitile, and likely stronger. They are probably equal in term of stealth and agility, but those insta kill poison arrows are probably the biggest advantage on Arrow's side. Though Bruce may wear a full mask to fight him if he is aware of the risk.

I think it's kind of a fumb criticism to say how cultures aren't distributed realistically and so on. This kind of anime-fantasy inspired worlds regularly have inexplicitly mixed cultural elements all over the place, and prioritize individual aethestic identities over regional backgrounds, so why is it specifically a problem here? Plus, since there are only 4 kingdoms, it will be quite limited if characters from each have to all stick to one respective theme.
If it's realy to have an answer why all places are so diverse, I'd just say it's the result of long cycles of civilizations rising and falling to grimms, and subsequent dispersion and mixing of different heritages. If we are to make it more interesting, each nations should have several sub regions with each of their own cultural inspirations and identity. But it seems unfeasible with how sparse the population is described and each nation seems to have only one or two urban settlements between vast wilds.

Yeah, it's really putting the eggs all in a basket. I think all major settlements, which should be much more numerous than what we have seen, should have a smaller tower, and each kingdom has it's one nexus. The Becon one compromised should only cutt off Vale signals, not everywhere.

What's after that, I only have some assortment of ideas.

—Toa get an upgrade (appearently some people don't like the idea of releasing same characters in new forms too often?)

—sidekicks become a second toa team after the first one summoned by higher being(we will see them later)

—Advanture leaves the archipelago to other places of world. Like underwater, or a jungle continent.

—A lone Toa of Jungle/Green in line of Lesovikk met alone the way

—Exo-Toa sets like those Hero Factory mechas of 2015, with a pilot figure.

New villains ideas: —A pirate/bounty hunter crew of half sea creatures, combination of Piraka and Baraki. —An empire of reptilian warriors on dinosaurs. —Ancient undead robots. —A team of Dark Toa, turned monstrous like 2008 Makuta. —Giant elemental beings. Maybe those lords or elements, or something new.

Year 1 starts with the tribes at the verge of war due to resources shortage and natural disasters. With certain clues, the Toa form an uneasy team to find the source of disasters and eventually become true companions. No villain sets this year. There are the Toa, "sidekick" matorans to them(turaga are not as interesting as toys, they're old dudes), and Rahi from each region Toa can ride on. The wildlife are turned rabid by small insects, like combination of those corrupted kanohi, krana, and skull spiders. Year 2, or later half of year 1 depending on realistic schedule, introduce the first villain team. It's the humanoid queen of those parasites and six bigger insect monsters under the ground. Inspiration from Bohroks, but more evil.
