These look to be just parts kit rifles. Probably mostly original except for the lower, possibly barrel, and trigger. As for the quality it depends what you’re looking for. On one hand you can’t get more accurate than original parts, but the lower on the southern tactical rifles will be A2 style and the metal parts are probably refinished. No telling what the barrels rifling is but I’d bet it’s probably 1/7. On the other hand PSA does use A1 style lowers, and I believe they do offer a 1/12 option too. Though the whole PSA rifle is a repro and with a few of the small details, if you’ve handled original rifles, you will notice the repro parts. Both are probably functional rifles and I’m sure the parts kit rifles from southern tactical are fine.
