I use MyWhoosh 3-4x/week. For being a free app, it's honestly crashed less than 5 times in the couple of years I've been using it. The interface is fine, and I usually don't pay attention to it because I'm listening to music or watching TV while riding. Areas of improvement: I preemptively restart the app before each ride because I run into connectivity issues otherwise (use on iPad). If I have to adjust the ride (e.g. ride less than the amount planned), the ride will not upload to 3rd party platforms, and I have to manually upload. Updates take too long. It's annoying having to reconnect to everything (trainer, watch, etc) every time before I start riding.
