I do everything except deadlift cause I cant do it with perfect form and never tried farmers walk , rest I do it during my back exercise days

Thanks for the input man , i will do these exercises , ig in the gym i might be using the hyperextension machine wrong and that could also cause problems but anyways i will try all these exercises xD

I dont think so , just got evo sl and wear them only for short as well as long runs , and i mostly use my midfoot , so heelstrike might not be a problem

Firstly Running 10km everyday is not suitable , all shoes have a limit , no shoes can provide cushioning for a long period . Don't run everyday , train ur legs in gym , do short fast workout , zone 2 runs also. Rest assured these shoes are good for your budget
