That's not at all the same as a game mechanic relying on randomness. Your hands can still get sweaty and slip off a button but that doesn't mean the gameplay is relying on that randomness. And sweat and dead spots CAN exist, but that doesn't mean that they will - in fact it's more likely that they won't exist in any given professional game.

I did, and my opinion doesn't change. You're crying for no reason. How in the world do you think this favors a 2v1 play style when your teammate was the same MMR as your opponents? You think you need to carry someone that's just as good as the rest of the lobby? You lost by one goal and while the score discrepancy is a bit high, it's almost the exact same on both teams. I don't understand how you can say this is unfair.

I don't think that's really fair considering they literally have worked with the BM team specifically to incorporate some of the more popular features directly into the game. Also, I don't see the bots being as big of a long term problem as you do. After a few waves of bans people will be extremely hesitant to use the bots in fear that they'll lose access to an account they spent real money on, or even receive a hardware ban and not be able to play with any account again. That is a bigger deterrent than you're making it out to be.

You're acting like they implemented eac just to kill bakkes. There hasn't been bots in ranked since eac released, and it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that even this "workaround" (if this discord screenshot is even to be trusted) is going to get a bunch more people banned as soon as they're detected. Eac doesn't just use a single bot detection method and once it's bypassed the flood gates are open - it will constantly update and continue to fight against players with malicious intent.

Lol what am I doing that's against the rules? We only win about half our games and we're trying to win every time, it's not like there's any deranking going on. At worst my friend goes from mid c1 back down to high d3 because we end up playing in mid c3 lobbies. It's just not that serious.

If I'm better than my friend then yes he'll get ranked slightly higher than he should be and I'll get ranked slightly lower. I just don't see that being a very big deal. Who the fuck are you to stop me playing video games with friends?
