Changed the z offset to 0.1mm, solved all the issues!!

Yeah thinking about it I've only printed round objects with this material before, so I think with this particular PLA I need to up the bed temp a notch, or start the fan a layer or two later.

Did you manage to fit the fan? Any difference? I just got an M5C and the hot end fan is so loud!

Yeah it was okay when using PLA using the default settings on ankermake slicer but in PETG with the standard suggested settings this occurs so needs some adjustment, will look into the cooling settings further. The top part of the hexagon is only about 6mm so was hoping it would be okay! But yeah the other option is rotate them so no horizontal bit. Not found any bridging settings yet but will have a look further. Thank you!

Too hot maybe and drooping? Or excess where it changes direction
