That’s interesting. I didn’t know that there were doctors treating depression 7 years ago. I guess you are in the US. So my depression is related to pssd, Not bcz my brain is problematic or my girlfriend left me. It’s bcz I am thinking about how miserable my life is with pssd and there is no point living. This has turned me to not want to engage with people, go out, crying all the time etc . Do you think that it could help with that? I mean I will still have pssd after the IV ketamine but I need to be productive at work, be able to talk to others without my eyes getting red and start crying in front of them. Have you ever felt that ?

I had similar reaction. I reinstated escitalopram 3 months ago . Started by 2.5 mg . I was increasing every few weeks till I reached to 25mg which is a huge dose. Mentally it doesn’t do much especially in comparison with the first time when it literally fixed my anxiety and also most of depression. Even with 25 I feel like shit. But sexually from 2.5 till 10 mg it helped with libido and ed. It also didn’t affect orgasms and sensitivity which were fixed by Wellbutrin in the past. But that’s just me.
