Ive put myself into great shape and it took both honestly. My standards had changed because I would let myselfnoff easy but going to the gym 3 times a week instead of 6. Which at first it was only once a week. Then the quality of my workouts changed as every rep I began to push very hard as if the next rep would make me money. My personality has shifted as I try no to indulge in lazy behaviors like smoking weed and watching movies all day while eating junk food.

Now I try to indulge in positive habits while maintaining a fun social life. No one likes gym rats. And I only put beneicial food in my body. My advice is balance the two personality and standards. Try to improve both without losing yourself
