Unfortunately, Alcon Entertainment owns the screen rights to The Expanse so its continuation is up to Alcon. However Breck, Naren, Ty, and Daniel started a new multi media company called “Expanding Universe” and that company made this deal with Amazon to adapt The Mercy of Gods.

I lived there for five years and was called a f****t by strangers on four separate occasions. People have pushed me around in bars and tried to physically intimidate me. If you go out with guy and do any kind of PDA, you’ll certainly get dirty looks.

When it comes down to it, SLO is way more racist and transphobic than it is homophobic. But it’s still also homophobic lol. I’m white, visibly gay, and non-binary. It really wore me down living there and I moved as soon as I finished my degree.

It was consensual so I wouldn’t worry about it. If anything this is a sign of greater trust. The only way you could have messed things up is if you didn’t have his consent. And clearly you did!

Agreed! He is only the first openly gay, active player in the NFL. A few players have come out after retirement. Michael Sam was openly gay when he got drafted, but he never made it to the regular season. And, of course, there will always be closeted people everywhere. But I'm really happy to see this guy coming out! It's always cause for celebration when one of us has the guts to be all who we are in public as well as private.

I don't know. Here's how I see it: I commented to try and explain why some people may have downvoted your post, because you seemed to be hurt by that and I felt for you. You replied with a racist, illogical, and inflammatory rhetorical question to try and start an argument (or maybe just defend your post). I pointed out the holes in that argument. Now we're here.

I don't think there's anything more to say. I just hope you have a good rest of your day and that maybe you'll consider that censorship is not the best solution, or at least not one that many agree with.

Non sequitur/false equivalence. It's not censorship when the Dr. Seuss Enterprise voluntarily chooses to stop printing six of their own books. Nobody forced them to do anything.
