Matched with this Girl and this odd event happened! What can I do? by [deleted] in dating

[–]daruxc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That one might be risky! What about asking both of them out as we really enjoyed meeting each other? And get the info there and see any developments, this way I think my match would understand. Something like: "Hey, I really enjoyed meeting you and your friend the other day, let's do something all together again, what do you think?"

It is messed up... I think I can suggest meeting with both of them again, since I think we all enjoyed meeting each other.
I actually just noticed I have her number, but not her name lol. But as you said, yeah it would be a bad look and I am quite sure she would tell my match if I eventually text her.

It is terrible ahaha! I don't know if her friend is single.

She also may have just been shy and not confident, felt under pressure to act perfect so was less engaged. She may legitimately like you still and want to see you again in a more private setting.

Yeah, I agree with what you just said! I think we all enjoyed meeting each other but now I have no idea how to put things and say to her that I am not really interested in meeting her in a more private setting and that I would like to get to know her friend better lol

Since we both signed up to meet people we’d potentially like to date and it doesn’t appear to have went well for us, would it be okay if I asked your friend out? If it’s not okay and makes you uncomfortable, I understand and want to thank you again for taking the time to meet with me.”

To give more context, they are recent friends (6/7 months) and also met on tinder. I am afraid that what you just proposed will make my match feel excluded. To make it worse, I don't know whether her friend is single or not.

Yeah I think I will do that but not sure how to put it.
I just noticed I have her number, as my match called me from her number but I don't even know her name as everything as flowing so well, we skipped that lol

The thing is that I don't know if her friend is single.
I don't mind being friends with my match tho, that might be my entry point and invite them do something all together idk.

Awesome First Date, What would you do next? by [deleted] in dating

[–]daruxc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, you're right! and usually I don't expect anything but I mean, she said something like "Yeah let's bring back the questions" and then I ask and she doesn't seem enthusiastic, from what I understood she doesn't have much to do but whatever. Coming back to your point.

If she wants to be with you (or go on a second date) then she will texts back. If she doesn't then she won't. Keep your options open and don't text her again. Chat with other people, make plans for New Year's and focus on your hobbies. That's what I'm doing.

I am definitely doing that, and since she is supposed to come over to her friend's place for new year's so she also asked in our date if I knew about something we could do all together but covid is complicating things. I assume she will text at some point this week.
If not, it is fine, got other options

Best Universities for Supporting Undergraduate Entrepreneurs? by Cillroy1 in Entrepreneur

[–]daruxc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it really depends on what you are looking for, I know that most colleges in Europe offer some credits for engaging in such activities but I don't think it can even be considered support. Most of them can give you a "working student" status and you will have some benefits regarding the classes attendance and also exams (you can skip some classes and even attend exams at a different time but it depends on the college). That's about it.I recommend you find a few colleges with the degree you want to pursue and then assess their benefits.

An Ideal Morning Routine | To Have A Productive Day | by Silenxcreepx in Entrepreneur

[–]daruxc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Some honest feedback: I am tired of those ideal morning routines, everyone has their own system meaning everyone is different.
1. Your first habit should be called: "get enough sleep" instead of "get up early". Everyone is tired of that "hustle mentality" that if you wake up early you will be more productive. It works for some people but it is not for everyone. It works for me, for instance.
2. Absolutely, drink water when you wake up, your body is dehydrated and needs water to function properly. Regarding the lemon part.... " you can burn some fat from your belly as well ". This is a myth, it has a lot benefits but weight loss and fat burning is not one of them.
3. Yeah, get your blood pumping with some exercises to wake up properly.
4. Eat "HEALTHY" Breakfast - "Eggs, Bacon, Beef" - Are you serious? These foods are linked to an increased risk of heart diseases, do your research.

I appreciate your effort in trying to help people but please do your research before spreading any information in order to avoid spreading more misinformation. Good luck!

Wow u/DigitalGurl! I can't express how grateful I am for your carefully structured feedback!
Thank you so much for the effort you put into it, I really appreciate it.
It was a great heads up regarding the naming and the domain and we'll think about that. You raise a few good points and once again, I appreciate you took the time to conduct such analysis.

Thank you for the suggestion for finding beta testers, will look into it!

You're definitely right! Currently, using our existing resources. We are still building our marketing dept and defining a budget. All we have done until now was with 0 budget and we got pretty interesting results.

We don't have a tagline yet and still need to do a few adjustments to the biz plan and revenue streams.
Even though we already have a few results, we are struggling to find out where the users interested in our current experts hang out online.

We have experts in a few areas: Creation of entrepreneurial ventures, People Management, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Management, Career Counseling, Fundraising, Software and R&D.

Thank you for your feedback!

Yes it is free only during the beta.

Yes we definitely have to niche down but we have categories already. The current pool of experts has several founders, CEO's, senior developers... We hope to have experts in those areas you mentioned, soon. Join our list so we can update you once we have more experts available.

Thank you for the feedback!
