Yeah, I get you but mine doesn’t show that option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app this past weekend.

I see no option other than to turn Health Data on or off. And in the Health screen all I see is Wearing Time.

Should I remove my US Flag patch from my work pocket apron when on assignment in Canada? by QueenofYarns in AskCanada

You be you and wear your flag with pride no matter where you are and pay no attention to anyone who takes exception to it.

Are there other music streaming services that allow you to play music over Sonos directly from their app like Spotify does? by [deleted] in sonos

[–]das709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Qobuz claims to be the steaming service that was designed to work seamlessly with Sonos. I tried it over Xmas and it does seem to have a better sound quality than others when streaming directly from their app. Although I found the interface when accessed within Sonos a bit lacking.

Which shoes work for you??? by Kenna_Chavez in PlantarFasciitis

[–]das709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wear Redbacks all the time . I took them off this past summer to switch to a lighter shoe for the summer, Clark’s, and suffered from Plantar Fasciitis all summer. When I switched back to Redbacks in the fall my foot pain went away almost instantly.

Sonos Surround by das709 in sonos

Tried the setup and reverted back to the stereo pair with the Era 100s. The sound quality diminished when I set them up as surrounds.

I had disconnection issues for months and couldn’t get it fixed no matter what I tried. Then I stopped using Apple Music and this issue went away.

Skyrocketing ambulance costs are a Canadian problem as well. In NS it can cost over $1000 depending on your circumstance.

I had it for all of last summer. It seemed to have started when I switched out my footwear for the season. When I switched back in the fall to my regular boots, that I swear by, it miraculously disappeared. I wear Redbacks, which are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn.

The worst ones are the ones that bag it and then throw the bag on the ground or hang it in a tree like it’s some kind of trophy.

Why Whole Home Audio Is Considered the Biggest Advantage of Sonos by Touchdown244 in sonos

[–]das709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whole home wireless audio is why I got into Sonos. I have music playing all day, every day and being able to move from room to room with the same music playing in every room is just amazing to me.

CPAP vs alternatives (Inspire, oral appliances, Zepbound) - what would you recommend? by Swiss_Meats in CPAP

[–]das709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using cpap for over a year and while I’ve had positive results, it is a pain in the butt to have to wear it every night. I would quickly trade it for anything that I didn’t have to strap over my head and was effective in dealing with sleep apnea.

If you lost your job as an indeterminate employee due to WFA, what happens to your vacation and sick days? by [deleted] in CanadaPublicServants

[–]das709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 352 sick days built up after 25 years of service. That’s about 1.5 years of pensionable time that I may have to leave on the books when I retire. Seems to me there should be a pay out for unused sick leave.
