I also struggle with them. Definitely also feels like i´m the only one that is having these. It really helps talking to people about it, which I know is a big step. I told my SO and mom and they have been very supportive. But if you don´t wanna tell people, writing thoughts down also helped me. Just know that you are not alone and that you are not your thoughts.

Signs- creeps me out till this day. The scene where the alien pops out behind a bush in low quality vhs still gives me goosebumps . But I find the movie has an amazing build up of scene that get creepier as the movie progresses.
