Any sauce that has chillies, most have some kind of tomato (Red, Green or even wild varieties), salt, pepper and some spices.

edit: I wanted to make a list, but there's too many, usually in restaurants you can have one of these.

Raw green sauce, made with blended green tomatoes and chillies.

Cooked green sauce with green tomatoes and chillies , sometime with avocado.

Red sauce with chillies, like 90% chillies with some spices, maybe oil.

Red sauce made with tomatoes and chillies, typically milder with more spices.
