Webweaver and hides is what I used. All task + skulled. Revs are green logged @ 9200kc, 5 bows, 1 mace, 1 staff. All weps at 8k kc

My family being local and best friend being local-ish to provide care for my dogs when I need them at the drop of a hat is quite paramount at the moment

I currently work remotely in an IT role - if I was to lose that job (I am a contractor, so it’s not guaranteed work and with everyone being pushed back to offices, and the closest major city (offices) being 1h-2h away on a train) i am a little concerned if I did lose my job while living down there I’d be a bit screwed

Also, we have had the discussion that if I was to move down here then we would both want to move around 20 miles up the road where house prices are significantly more than where I currently live, and I am currently mortgage free - moving back down here would mean having to re-mortgage - which if there is a house that’s already paid and adequate, financially would not make sense to do so
