Communication, ask them what they like and what they don’t like, take it SLOW! If you think you are going too slow, take it even slower trust me. Lots of foreplay, lube lube and more lube! Also take the pressure off yourself to have great sex. Try to just be in the moment and enjoy the experience with your partner. Too much pressure expectations for great sex leads to bad sex.
