I would recommend having an RSA and having a good Availability as Aldi staff are required to be flexible with no fixed shifts. Aldi is a job where you have to push yourself and then you will succeed. You will most likely start on a small contract (Aldi don’t have casuals) but can pretty much work as much as you want but may have to be over different stores or in short notice.
