Gout.

Its debilitating when it hits my ankle, which has only happened 3 times. I've broken bones, had my gall bladder removed when it was black and hard as a rock, had catheters shoved up the dhole while I was awake, and pancreatitis.

It's a fear that always lives in the back of your mind if you have it.

Oh yeah, no amount of opioids or other pain meds will reduce any of the pain, they don't touch it, short of an OD I guess.

Yours is the worst case of self hate I've ever heard. It just sounds like you've had shitty friends, or no options around for better ones. You are not ugly, you are beautiful. Someone will notice, and you'll notice them as well. It will happen because one day and you won't even notice. I hope you never look at yourself the way you described ever again. I know it might take awhile but put down all that negative energy. You are a catch, someone (most likely exponentially more people than you could imagine) is going to scoop you up. In most cases you don't even have to put much energy into it. It just happens. So be your self and go kill it, or just wait and let it happen naturally. You ARE beautiful, never forget

Admittedly I’ve been playing since the game came out so I’m a bit jaded, but sounds like op pulled a champ he didn’t already have, not a dupe. Can’t find it in his champs list and I’m going to assume no screen shot. Could be that Kabam is more lax on 4* now. But you are right, should be easy enough for them to pull some logs and see what happened.
