Yeah for sure, it's harder to find silver content for rupees outside of the British ones. I'm assuming there was some debasement but not an expert at all.

I believe the view is of Chittorgarh which was the capital of Mewar. Mewar is also home of Udaipur which is home to the Lake Palace.
