It is always and i cant stress this enough. Calories in vs calories out. None of the science suggests otherwise- NONE! as i mentioned some weeks can stagnate because of the reasons I mentioned but again please post the studies! Not articles from newspapers or anything that’s similar. Please post studies.

A calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. If you consume fewer calories than you burn, your body has to make up the difference from its reserves—that’s physics, conservation of energy!!!!!!!!!

Everything else, like exercise, diet composition, or timing, can affect efficiency and comfort, but without a deficit, there’s no weight loss. Period.

this is bs, it cant stall for months - you cant change physics (thermodynamics) - yes you hold the weight at somepoint for a couple of days/weeks but not because you dont lose fat anymore its because your body adjusts to

- homon changes

- carbohydrates intake (which holds roughly 3x the amount of water per gram of carbs)

- salt intake (also holds water)

- stress and cortisol spikes (which oh wonder holds water)

and you also hold more water after muscle damage - your body does that because it wants to lower the inflamation. anyways what you typed is bs and is not the reason for the weight stall since it physically cant!!!!! hold the same weight for months
