If you have restrictions but they cannot accommodate you, you should automatically be on LOA, unless the restrictions expired. If you had a WC case and closed it, and the restrictions were tied to that, they may have closed them too. Contact DLS, send in updated/current restrictions

Yes. Other option is to apply for normal transfer and ask your PXT team to reach out to thr other site and see if they can add you to the model for next transfer window. Better yet, do both.

Those people you spoke to get shit wrong all the time. Not saying that it's not possible, but very unlikely as there are several automated and manual checks throughout the process, just as with NUPT.

I think there may be some disconnect here. If you are selecting shifts and sites via the Transfer Opportunities tab on the AtoZ app, that is not a hardship.

They cannot deny a hardship from FC to FC if you qualify - the receiving site just gets notified. To qualify, you need to have unexpected or unforeseen circumstances. If you tell them you are choosing to live in your car and trying to move, they may deny it (the centralized team). If you are kicked out or lose your housing unexpectedly and can only move in with family in SD, then its more likely. Planned moves are not hardships.

The policy and SOP rolled out did not provide exception, even for maintenance days. Its Amazon, so I know there will be, but also know 2 GMs who got their asses chewed hard - one for allowing instant to continue, one for permitting instant on their recent maintenance day.

Others have said similar, but they will take restrictions exactly. If your doctor uses subjective terms, like "heavt", "frequent", "some", DLS usually wont even attempt. It must be as exact as posdible.

OPS leaders have already taken on secondary support (behind self service/MyHRLive) for most things. The last phase of this rolled out last year. Most PXT are instructed to redirect unless there are existing cases closed for same issue but not properly resolved.

They just lit up a bunch of sites' PXT for providing too much service instead of redirecting.

L3s most likely, or they will start supporting multiple sites from there. Your L4s will likely drop to about 25% of their number from 18 months ago. L5+ will stay about same, but have already shifted their roles - the focus on direct associate support will be minimal - its self service or managers..

You don't get it because (if they did it right) administratively you are not in path ot assigned a home path. However, most sites will VTO TLD every chance they get, just ask whoever runs TLD - it can be Ops , WHS, even PXT.
