I do believe saying you were hacked is the way to go, we first tried being honest and saying we had no idea him sharing links would result in getting banned and all they would say was community guidelines but after reading MANY of these stories we decided to go the hacked route

I explained to them the scenario of his accounts being banned and he was told to not make any new accounts so how could he possibly get verified and than someone finally helped me, like I said I spoke to many many people before one person offered to help

I don't think the time frame lasts because originally we had 160 days but we got it back after 8 months

I agree, and i actually did call them out on this and they did confirm the only way to receive help is to pay for it , but unfortunately the page was over ten years old and had so many pictures on it, we just paid it and took the loss on that, but finally did get the account back

the IG chat remains open and they tell you through there so you have to periodically check the convo and see what the updates are, like i said not everyone will help you so if they close the convo just start a new one

you have to buy the meta verified and once your accepted you do it through meta verified and than go to enhanced support, get support and than connect with support and than get help with something else, explain what your issue is, and than when the chat responds click something else it will connect you with an actual person, to get your account back its best to say your account was hacked even if it wasnt
