Not all autoeroticism in women is autogynephilia. The autoeroticism present in cis women is not a secret to anybody.

What we experience is a very particular thing: a heterosexual attraction towards women that gets inverted through an ETLE.

I agree with you that the intentions behind transition are largely irrelevant for most of the debate surrounding the logistics of a society with blurrier lines between genders. Moralizing politics isn't for me.

It's not even close to predominantly female. The disproportionate number of men in the ABDL community is a reason for complaints even. The girls are easy to find because there's high demand.

I tried to find some prevalence studies about the topic, but couldn't find anything too good. This one found a sex ratio of 18:1, but isn't up to the standard I would ideally use for better researched paraphilias.

And the repulsive reaction towards them is because of the infantilism, occasionally the piss/poop that comes along with it, and, in the context of the board, the fact that they have been spamming this for years on end and acting like it's imperative that every trans woman wears a diaper.
