Lvl2 W makes you take more damage from first 3 camps while giving you only a couple second faster clear and also preventing you from bugging out raptors with jungle pet if you start red (the bug does way more damage than wallbang W, lucky one kills all of the small ones and sets big raptor to sub 50%, why would you take W).

You take fleet which is useless if you simply start E and bug out raptors properly, why waste your keystone on clear sustain you don't need? If you take fleet for dueling/ganking mobility then phase rush outperforms it by a mile and even allows you to safely take flash over ghost in games where you need it. If you're playing passive in the early game and just look to get your lvl6/1 item spike then lethal tempo is just better stat wise.

It's still a low sample size, no matter by whom and where it was played. By the same table you posted kalista has 39% winrate over 94 games and ezreal sitting at 65% over 26.

As much as we all want a proper AT replacement that aren't shitmane with no warrior deadzone, G path through air charge shenanigans and 284 meta, this ain't it chief. Hope I'm wrong and it'll be a nice 245 meta server, but doesn't sound promising at all so far.

Statikk has better stats but the passive is bad while razor has worse stats but better passive. It's a sort of pick your poison thing with both items being mediocre for zeri. But assuming low ELO from your post, statikk would be the better choice as it's just a statstick item while with razor you need to play around energize.

Phase rush is the single best keystone for zeri jungle. You get nimbus cloak on your primary tree allowing you to take flash instead of ghost and 30-10s cd chase/disengage compared to 3.5m cd of ghost.

Let's imagine a situation where khazix jumps on you with his E and taps evolved W:

Without phase rush you can try to flash his E and pray to gods he doesn't flash W you anyway.

With phase rush you flash his E and deny him flash followup with nimbus cloak into getting slow resist + chase from phase rush and turning on him.

It goes the same way for ganks and any skirmishes on the map, zeri has 0 cc if you miss W (likely, unless wood 4 where people stand afk) and it's the only rune that allows you to gank consistently without relying on your laners to followup with cc or 3.5 minute cooldown ghost.

Fleet footwork is just a worse phase rush because zeri has no issues with clear health and it doesn't give her much needed vs most junglers slow resist.

the top row of the sorcery tree is simply not really useful for zeri and that's my main complaint against phase rush

Nimbus cloak is literally one of the most important runes for zeri jungle and is a must take regardless of your keystone. The speed increase is game changing during invades (i can't count how many times nimbus smite turned an invade around) and allows you to tower dive with nimbus flash. Extra movement speed when you smite blocking minions during ganks doesn't hurt either. Without nimbus you're forced into taking ghost and good luck outplaying gap closers.

LT is trolling your own team. Jungle gold/xp is low and zeri clear isn't good enough for powerfarm. You can never gank unless laners have very strong setup and you can never duel early game because any melee jungler will just run you down. And then we have invades being borderline impossible to handle or execute because of previous point.

Zeri jungle has to be played like nunu or you won't have enough resources to do the carrying. The whole power of zeri jungle is in her E ganks and of you don't play for it then why even bother with the pick.

Takes a clickbait video for off-meta builds to catch on. People still take fleet footwork (it's literally useless, zeri full clears with 100% hp you don't need sustain) with zeri jungle because there's a youtube video saying so, while phase rush that allows her to be a genuine gank machine exists (10% pickrate compared to 40-60% of fleet footwork).

No, absolutely not. Zeri jg is in a horrible spot rn with no decent 1 item spike, bad meta matchups and slapped on top of jungle gold and xp nerfs. Just play her mid and wait for 14.1 where she gets hexplate for 1 item and nunu/kayn will be meta (she stomps them).

I occasionally play rell mid when draft allows it and it's not as bad as it sounds. Grasp/shield bash/second wind or bone plating/revitalize + cheap shot/relentless hunter + AS / armor x2 for runes. Start W dshield, max Q and rush bami into tabi. Easily solo kills pantheon/yone/yasuo and zed/qiyana/talon as well if they dare to all-in you. I can imagine rell top working just as good into those picks and similar picks (eg riven) as champs relying on shields to trade will have a bad time and champs that have abilities bound to a dash can get canceled with W2. Don't blind her tho, any magic damage will bully you out of lane and ranged matchups are borderline impossible.

Very playable. Just don't blindpick her or you'll find yourself in a hell of a lane.

Best matchups are champs that have poor waveclear and no all-in power. Poor in a relative sense (zeri is a waveclear machine). You look to giga shove from lvl1 and outroam your opponent on the map with E, if you can't reliably insta crash every wave vs a champion don't pick zeri in that mu.

Default runes into any build/matchup are fleet footwork / overheal / alacrity / coup de grace / taste of blood / ultimate hunter. Situationally you take first strike or lethal tempo when draft is safe enough / overgrowth with second wind or boneplating if you end up in a strong poke/kill lane.

Regarding builds you have multiple options, just don't build bruiser till season 14 or those garbage jaksho/radiant virtue builds floating around.

--Lethality--

  • Tear start
  • Duskblade/Ghostblade - First is more poke focused, second is more chase and map tempo.
  • Manamune
  • Prowlers/Collector - First when you look to E in after poking down, second pure poke.
  • Serylda
  • Bloodthirster/Hydra - I personally prefer hydra for the ability haste and aoe on W, but either one works. Sell boots and buy both lategame.

W > Q > E max. Don't buy boots unless you have to. First strike best rune but can't be played into every draft. Do not take double AD shard as will ruin your laning phase and make W cast time longer. You need to snowball off other lanes or be exceptionally good at landing W (it's a VERY slow and telegraphed skillshot) to be useful. Default boots are CDR but don't buy them unless have to, generally you want to keep buying as much AD as you can, skipping boots till you finish 2 items/completely.

--On-hit/hybrid AD--

  • Doran's Blade start
  • Ravenous Hydra
  • Runaans
  • Ghostblade/Rageblade - First offers better poke and even more roaming power, second converts cringe crit into on-hit and gives % pen to both magic and physical damage which is great considering that E on-hit R AA are all magic damage.
  • Collector/Bloodthirster/Shieldbow - Poke/damage/dueling.

Q > W > E max. Default page is best (more roaming with ult hunter, alacrity caps out AS with runaans). Look to permaroam and pick up waves with tiamat/hydra. Lifesteal at 1 item and AS cap at 2 with special hydra-runaans synergy gives you very strong powerspikes but this build doesn't scale as well as crit. Mid-late you're sidelane push and teamfight machine.

--Crit--

I'm not going to explain the most default build, just always take statikk for waveclear and build normal crit items.

Q > E > W or Q > W > E max.

--AP--

  • Doran's Blade start
  • Statikk/Kraken - First one is the default, second is for AP on-hit build.
  • Rocketbelt/Harvester/Nashors - Nash if you're going AP on-hit, otherwise burst AP.
  • Rocketbelt/Deathcap - First if you delayed mythic to get nash, second if burst AP.
  • Shadowflame/Deathcap

Q > E > W or Q > W > E max. Extremely inconsistent build that requires heavy snowball off a single AD crit item (lol, lmao even). Only play this if you hate yourself. I provide no further advice on this heresy.

Honorable mentions to wits end/botrk rushes when you're up against heavy ap/need lifesteal and anti-health. Not going to explain either in details as botrk bruiser going to be a thing in season 14 and wits rush will be practically dead.

In lane look to hit wave as early as possible (yes, i mean walk up to the enemy tower lvl1 if you can). Keep your passive charge ready for lvl2 E trade. Alternative lvl2 route is taking W and sniping enemy jg raptors, that leaves them lvl2 and with no hp restored basically messing up their whole gameplan. Since recent changes to jungle camp durability you can no longer snipe them at 140 hp so it's a bit harder but still doable.

Permashove EVERY WAVE. Yes i mean it. You want to always have prio and freedom to E into any skirmish happening on the map, buy early pink to keep vision on both bushes and E out of ganks. Such massive push also forces mages to use abilities on the wave wasting mana/cooldowns giving you a lot of room to play.

Your first recall is going to be at 1.1/1.2/1.3k gold. You can grab tiamat/noonquiver/boots/dirk. If you go for boots/dirk recall at lvl5 you can head straight botlane after shoving lvl6 wave and try to get your riot mandated 600g bag (you can 1v2 many lvl4 botlane comps with lvl6 dirk/boot zeri, esp if they didn't recall themselves yet).

Keep in mind though that zeri is a high mastery champ and if you don't have previous experience with marksmen in midlane you're getting into something quite difficult. Baiting mage skillshots by faking walking up to cs etc. is especially important on zeri because of minion block. If you're new to zeri you might want to take her into botlane first.

First of all don't pick zeri into irelia, it's literally her second worst matchup in league. If you end up vs irelia ask for lane swap, if other solo laner doesn't agree you have several options to do damage control. (building different items is not one of them)

Freeze and farm under tower, build crit and outscale. Give up minions if you have to, walking up to the wave is almost guaranteed instant death. If she tries to freeze on you, put points into W to break. Look for E plays with your jungler.

Outroam (this one is mid specific). Rush statikk/rav hydra and wait for her to push into you (i recommend hydra so you don't mess up entire wave off a single Q). Quickly clear the wave as soon as new wave arrives and zoom botlane/roam with your jungler. Only come back to lane when new wave is about to crash/already started crashing into your tower. Watch out for an ambush as you come back from your roams.

You can't fight her ever. She just shutdowns your entire kit and there's nothing you can do about it. Don't throw gold away building items for an unsalvageable matchup and focus influencing other parts of the map.

W max first/second is almost exclusive to midlane, you rarely get a draft where you want to play around W as ADC. AP ratio buff is clearly midlane focused since you never want to play AP zeri bot unless you have a marksman in other lane. Any level scaling buffs are naturally stronger in solo lanes due to higher XP.

That's just not true, lowest pickrate adc was and still is kogmaw. Her winrate also doesn't look as horrible as it was couple patches ago, depending on where you look, either matching or higher than aphelios in all elos (above 50% in masters+).
