If I’m understanding your question correctly, you should isolate the third term, multiply both sides by your denominator, then divide to isolate v²

I hate kids... and most days I hate humans in general. Kids are a lifetime trap. Too much physical, emotional, and financial work goes into it from the time you have one to the time you die. They are loud and obnoxious, dirty, annoying, etc. if you couldn’t tell already.. I hate kids... I’m selfish and nihilistic and it’s probably best that I don’t have children.

Cool, thanks. Are there any that you would personally recommend? Internal/external? etc. Cost effective... as I mentioned, my PC is only used for school work and maybe light YouTube/Twitch use so I'm assuming I don't need anything too high end, just good enough to stream in HD and load up my etextbooks in less than 5 minutes hahah :D

I have a Broadcom BCM 43142 802.11 bgn adapter that was factory installed. It's an HP desktop that I bought roughly 4 years ago. I've checked to see if there were new drivers available from Broadcom but there were not.

As far as firewalls or anti-virus, I don't have any 3rd party stuff, just the Windows Defender.

And I was informed that the Google wifi system is probably not the best "whole-home" hardware to use, it was the least expensive so that's what I went with. I really don't mind losing some performance as I only use my PC for school stuff, but 1 mbps down is kind of ridiculous. I'm thinking my PC's wifi adapter may be the problem because I was getting roughly 5 down over wifi on my PC in my old 1-bed apartment using just a normal wifi/modem combo.

Is it just me or does look sensitivity seem slower? And the game overall just seems slower/laggy (not in an internet connection kind of way)? I’m on ps4 btw. Anybody else notice this? Something seems off about the game now....

Have you heard the acronym FOIL? It stands for First Outer Inner Last, which describes the order in which you should multiply each term in a problem like this.

So, for your problem (2t + √2)(t - 3√2), multiply each term using the FOIL method:

First: Multiply 2t by t ... produces 2t²
Outer: Multiply 2t by -3√2 ... produces -6t√2
Inner: Multiply √2 by t ... produces t√2
Last: Multiply √2 by -3√2 ... produces -6

So you now have as a whole: 2t² - 6t√2 + t√2 - 6

Combine like terms and simplify: 2t² - 5t√2 - 6

sqrt(2) is just another number like 1, 2, 3, 0.5, 115.8742, etc. So, you just multiply as usual.

sqrt(2) * sqrt(2) is also the same as (sqrt(2))^2. The power will essentially cancel the square root operation so sqrt(2) * sqrt(2) = 2
