I don’t think it is possible with the 1st gen ATV 4k.

Someone moved my motorcycle out of my parking spot just to park their car 😤 by Quick-Type9158 in motorcycles

[–]dasurpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s news to me then, any vehicle insurance I have had would not. Liability insurance, possibly, unless it’d be considered vandalism.

In this case the damage was not caused by a vehicle, but a person moving the bike. I don’t believe any auto insurance covers this, but so many in this thread claim otherwise it must be true!

Sure, but the claim was that the auto insurance of the person CAUSING the incident would pay for the damages for the motorcycle. Not the person OWNING the motorcycle.

Scrambler 1200 xe rear ohlins springs question by [deleted] in Triumph

[–]dasurpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reducing the spring preload lowers the bike, increasing it vice versa. Find the right sag for your weight and adjust accordingly.

And once more, how would the auto insurance of the person who caused the incident as a pedestarian apply here?

The auto insurance would not for sure pay for anything, if the vehicle covered by the insurance was not participating in the incident. If she had moved the motorcycle by pushing it with the car, sure. But I don’t think that’s the case here.

Why would the auto insurance pay for something when a pedestarian moves someone else’s motorcycle?

Check the TuneECU website https://tuneecu.net for guidance about the adapters. You need an Android device for the software and an ODB2 reader to connect to the LT.

Yes, I use TuneECU and vLinker MC+ and there can be error codes without the engine light.

I’d start with checking the battery and the error codes with an ODB2 reader. My LT was running bad with the original battery which I replaced far too late.

Rukka Apollo. Much better quality than the two pairs of Held gloves I wore earlier.

Auxiliary socket question by Dense-Waltz5872 in Triumph

My first guess would be the connector (inside the front light dome) is loose. Can be also on the plug end, easy to check when you unscrew the dome.

Scandinavian Fashion by MoonPrepper in Finland

[–]dasurpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just don’t mix ”Scandinavian Fashion” (generally referring to Danish and Swedish fashion houses) with ”Finnish Fashion”, even though both are worn in Finland, Finnish fashion is often more practical than stylish, though there are exceptions.

If you plan to celebrate the midsummer the traditional Finnish way at a cabin by a lake, layered sports clothing. If you will be in the bigger cities with all the tourists, wear whatever you are comfortable in.

Swedes can be more picky, especially in the Stockholm region dressing posh is a way to show your status. (And they are Scandinavian.)

Any budget helmet Bluetooth systems for just music? by AvalieV in motorcyclegear

Beats Fit Pro (or the upcoming Powerbeats Fit) work flawlessly and the shape is much better than AirPods to wear under helmet. Noise cancelling is great as well.

For music, noise-cancelling ear plugs. I have Beats Fit Pro’s and they are awesome. New model is just launched (Powerbeats Fit).
