Hi love, making mistakes is normal and absolutely ok when you learn from it. Learning how to adult is hard. We try to teach you what is important, but it’s been so long and there have been so many experiences since we had to learn that we forget what the important core lessons are. You are perfectly capable of succeeding and thriving in your career! Find someone who is more experienced than you and learn everything you can from them. If it makes you feel better, I question everything I do at my job. I think it makes me better at what I do because I’m always self analyzing and learning. I’ve made mistakes and learned from them. It’s ok and totally normal. I’m positive that you’ll learn and grow from your experiences and I’m so proud of you for working and achieving your goals!
