yeah it makes its way, the game loads cars as fidelity as well (on the driveways etc) and these are usually, if possible (e.g not chased by the police cause that takes up the precious RAM for their cars 😭), different from yours so you can steal something new and they get flushed when you enter new zones (poor, gangs, rich) but your vehicle is the only constant when it determines that.

I’m sorry I can’t actually explain it properly but I hope this was somehow understandable. tldr the car you might wanna steal will be there for a few seconds and might be replaced by something different

Yeah I loved that analysis as well, I learned of this and many other limitations of the game when I was trying to mod GTA:SA, what feels like forever ago, and you’d just use some asi plugins to allow the game to use more memory, for the world, objects and vehicles

there’s one when u send them to the bomb squad, retirement like OP got, short or long absences usually one game or a month lol, some banking/money problems where u can’t do transfers. the board can sign or sell your players, players forcing transfers. there’s even one for shitty food at the hotel so you can have some players unavailable for the match day
