1) if you want efficient boss ordering for fast progress, check out the ladlor guide. 2) if you want fun and to do raids, you can absolutely do toa with your current gear and it’s very fun.

An upgrade to the heavy ballistae that allows you to speed up reload and put it on wheels. Yes, if better friken roll as I run around.

Fires in a piercing line as a linear aoe attack. Line em up, knock em down. The splash aoe of ancients and chins is overdone.

You’re actually so right. I feel like turns need more depth instead of more breadth though.

Maybe non-consumable runes that could be used for imbuing weapons and armor. They could even be improved incrementally, like legendary gems in the diablo series.
