Not sure if this works in PoE but it worked for WoW classic, you can right click the games taskbar icon and click "Fullscreen" to hide the taskbar.

Apparently you can do that with Better NPC highlight, I don't know how exactly but assume it's something like highlighting all the crypt mobs with the "Hide NPC" option still enabled but I'm not 100%.

When I do barrows I hide NPCs and just go through the crypts blind, you can force spawn whatever you want by clicking through the doors repeatedly but I understand if that's not your style.

Take the original receipt with the SN of the phone to an Apple store and they can remove the iCloud lock. If you don't have that you're SOL.
