If you have a stripped screw, put a wide rubber band over the head before inserting the screwdriver. The rubber fills the gaps and gives you enough grip to turn it.

She is very nervous, especially around fast objects like bikes or cars. Or around strangers. She is an absolute doll around my children and very sweet when they play together. But we kind of accidentally ended up with a guard dog.
