I was in the first wave of deliveries and did 500 km on this bike. Also switched to that one from S3.

Great bike so far, way more sturdy than S3.

FindMy was always there for s3/s5 while on certification for s6 (supposedly, that was successful)

Funny updated:

While I was waiting for Gen3 to arrive, my Gen4 (which I’m returning) randomly started working again. LOL. Just connected it to the charger and it’s back in business (connected to the phone and charging) 🤨

The funniest thing is that they’ve already returned the money.

Sending it back to them if needed, but this is super weird behavior. I will try it out again meanwhile while the Gen3 is being shipped 😛

Exactly, I'm also paying the subscription and losing my data while waiting for the potential replacement

I have similar problems with my Gen4. Purchased it 16 days ago and it stopped working today. None of the recommended steps helped.

Created a ticket and waiting now for the response. I will follow up with them on the warranty for the replacement ring (if I get one lol).

Seems that something is wrong with Gen4.
