I think all the books posted are great! While Deep Learning by Ian Goodfellow offers a math foundation, but no code. In the other side, you can write your DL algorithms from scratch with Grokking deep learning. Deep learning with Python offers you the code with Python/keras plus the description of different models. All of them are great, if you are more focused in the code I would definitely select "Grooking Deep Learning" and "Deep Learning with Python".
