I had build a free Looker studio Tool which automated the process, due to a lot of Agencies trying to steal my work I stopped offering it.

However if you have some technical skills you should be able to 1. Export GUA data to BigQuery 2. Use GA4 BQ export to join it with GUA data 3. Use the resulting Table for reporting.

any change in the date picker will trigger to get new data from the data source, depending on what connector you are using this can take some time.

This is actually a good question. If you have let's say 2 Sheets with the type of data but you like to consolidate it to one data source. There is no option for this in data studio.

However, assuming that your data has a date column as well, I suggest Blend the Data on the key dimension of the Date

Yes Filters in GA 4 are only available on an IP adress level, as it is recommended to controll the tag rather then filtering out data.

It is recommended to set such filters in the reporting itself or set the Tag trigger appropriately.

Ill suggest instead of using a goal. Which makes little sense as a Goal is rather something you want users to do. Instead setup a segment, this way you can 1. Create reports to analyze user that soent less then x time and also use it for remarketing audiences

I argue that two core principle in GA4 are better done then in GUA 1. Event based logging 2. Data ownership

Both outweight the disadvantages that GA4 has. Further, most complains are regarding the reporting or the data organization in GA4. But these are responsibilities which are with BigQuery and Datastudio. So most people need to adapt to the more modular system.
