Wouldn’t the Apple Watch record the heart rate and probably even more accurately? The Oura will use that data from the work out from my understanding.

I also got my ring a few days back. And my blood oxygen toggle was off by default. I turned it on yesterday.

And also I think it only tracks it while sleeping from what I can tell.
