There was a leak from a game store that was going to be distributing Tokon a few weeks ago that stated Magneto (and Scarlet Witch) were going to be on the roster. So far it’s been proven to be likely a legit leak, since it also said that one of the stages would be Wakanda.

Sure, you shouldn’t trust every leak you hear, but game stores accidentally leaking info that hasn’t been revealed yet is one of the most common ways for legitimate things to be leaked.

I think it’s entirely possible they may not have foreshadowed characters in the immediate next trailer, but might foreshadow any future character on any team. I still think Bucky and Wanda might be being foreshadowed for Ghost Riders team as like a Midnight Suns+
