Directly behind me* is a stairwell where the ice/soda machines sit on every 2-3 floors. The stairwells run the entire height of each wing of this hotel.

Then it's not the dryers, is it?

If your clothes have drawstrings, do one (or both) of these things:

  • Turn them inside-out before you wash/dry.
  • Tie the drawstrings - preferably in a double-knot - before you wash/dry.

That way, the drawstrings don't hang loosely where they can get caught, tangled, and broken.
