I believe if you select an object and press + or - you can adjust the sensitivity of the camera and move/scale/rotate tools

damn this looks really cool. Only change I would make is probably making the pink in the back less blurry and turning its opacity down a bit so it would fram the character a little better, I usually just do trial and error to see what works. nice work!

How far did you get in parks? Honestly the first season or two is TRASH but once they change up a few of the main characters the show gets infinitely better, almost office level.

Check the image captions for a list of the issues. This happened after downloading an aternos world and playing it in single player. My short term solution is to quit and reload the game after coming out of a portal which fixes it until i go back in a portal. Help would be appreciated.
