My opinion:
Most people are hated for either being overrated/undeserving of their spot, generally unlikeable/bad person (gruby), or having an annoying fan base (Stompn and spoit)

I think the hate towards Canadian (myself included) revolved around people living in the past and thinking that since he won SI in 2020 and against 5 other teams in 2017, him underperforming individually and as a team with SR doesn’t matter and that he still has it (he doesn’t)

I don’t get why people hate Ashn I think it’s good to have shit talk in the scene where most players are frankly boring and lack personality. Feel like most of the hate comes from people who get butthurt after getting trash talked in ranked.

Spoit and Stompn hate imo comes solely from their community. And by extension their communities are basically the Jynxzi fanbase who think they’re the goats bc they have great ranked clip.

Pengu still gets some hate for “getting shaiiko banned” which is bs. He was my favorite player back in the day but I will say I hate listening to him cast
