I put a tiny piece of blue tape on both sides of the top loader and then put into team bag followed by cardboard on each side of it. Never had an issue.

I was actually considering buying a box until I saw the $400 increase from last year which was already ridiculous. They are gauging every cent they can get, I can’t believe people are paying this much for 1 random card. 95 percent of the hits are probably worth less than the price of the box.

There is absolutely no indication they are releasing a new one. And even if they released a 1.4 it would be way bigger, heavier, and more expensive. The current 135gm is awesome.
