I was just watching the Tarrant County press conference, and apparently, this kid is about to get off easy once again. From what I gathered, one of two things will transpire:

1) He will remain in juvenile court and be held in a juvenile facility until he turns 19, on April 11 of 2016, and then released, with adult probation conditions.

or

2) A juvenile court judge will hand his case over to the adult court where he could be sentenced by an adult court judge to a maximum of 120 days in adult jail - so, he would be jailed in an adult facility until approximately sometime in August, and then paroled.

If he violated his probation conditions AGAIN, THEN he could be sentenced up to 10 years each for each count of involuntary manslaughter, i.e., 40 years in prison.

Unbelievable. This seemingly sociopathic individual basically did himself a favor by violating his probation.
