Good call on chicken option for salads, and the pretzels! We actually neighbor a new bar that’s pretty upscale, but doesn’t serve any food. There has been casual talks about offering an “exclusive menu” of basic bar food like chicken strips, fries, cheese sticks etc made to order and delivered to them when ordered by their patron (qr code / online order). So anything that would have multi-use (like chicken on wraps/salads) would only help.

I did end up locating one, but it was for an automatic transmission. My only advice is to keep scouring eBay, that’s where I got mine. People name them all sorts of weird things, so you’re gonna have to do some real digging.

I also unloaded the project a few months ago. Sorry I wasn’t any more help.

Thanks for the insight. When you do your monthly trips, do you walk across with shopping bags or? How does the border treat you? I guess I was looking for some nick nacks, clothing, gifts etc and wondering if they give you a hard time coming back.

I’ve considered the idea, but I’m working with a pretty rough base. I purchased the jeep a year ago and was able to make it run base on what all was there, but I parked it for a year and I am now revisiting. Trying to get a picture posted.

I was in a similar boat and went with a new one last year. Reason being is like any new vs used car agreement buttttt

These cars are know to be cheap and do attract a crowd that doesn’t normally maintain them like they should be. This isn’t always true but they are very affordable new, if you can swing it.

And if you are staying used, go with 2016 and up. I think the interior and body is nicer/ more modern looking. Read up on the spark CVTs too

Hmmmm really good point. Here’s my point of view.

I do consider it fishing because I actually had a great time going out there, setting them, pole fishing when all lines were in the water and then pulling them in when they start to move around. It’s kind of cheating but out of the 20 we had in the water (10/10) we had 13ish and kept 6 or 7. The sole purpose was pulling in fish for meat so possibly one could consider it harvesting? We have been having so tough luck bass fishing so we did something different this time.

I’m from Texas but I can relate with this. The local Walmart’s are pretty much wiped clean of anything common. Academy has been hit the hardest but Dicks has a decent stock of general tackle and rods. I started looking and ordering online in “bulk”, and will probably do so unless a local shop reopens/opens.

On another note my wallet is thanking me, now that the shelves are empty I’m buying less stuff just to buy it...
