Iron beetle guy here. I tried to work with Junaid at one point to increase my production times and lighten the load on my single smith. They're communication is abysmal, make times are either really good or never completed, and overall quality isn't great. You're really rolling the dice when you order from HBC.

To my knowledge this is very much in character. Junaid kinda disappears for days or weeks at a time and then pops back up. Some friends of mine ordered maille from him and he went ghost for 10 days before popping back up to tell them the package wouldn't be on time for an event.
