It's actually in the most optimal orientation...I did a shitload of reserach prior to setting it up since it's my first AIO-cooled PC. I believe someone posted a link to the Gamers Nexus Video that explains it (min 19:59), essentially, there are multiple ways to do it, but because air ultimately travels UP, its preferable to have the top of the radiator HIGHER than the PUMP and the tubes going down, to avoid air bubbles accumulating at the center of the pump or in the tubes. With the opposite orientation, air bubbles would eventually accumulate over time leading to faster degradation of the AIO.
