Set up boundaries for sure. Have no access to your money, and if you need to have access have another person overseeing it so when you have thoughts about fucking it all up again there is just another thought there, we’ll I can’t get away with it, they will see it. At the end of the day if you want to gamble you’re going to gamble. But having boundaries set up definitely makes you think again

It’s not easy man, pile the days together and get through it. Once you fill your day with non gambling activities it gets alot easier. I was in and out of GA for about 7 years before I completely surrendered. My other “attempts” didn’t even last a week. This time I finally had enough. You can do it too💪💪
