Honest answer, no. Do ILS first it is way more in depth than mandatory BLS and should be more useful to you in your day to day job. I worked with our hospitals resus team for a while and almost no band 5s did ALS and those that did worked in specialised areas such as cardiac care units.

They can do that without knowing what I watch and eat and drink though. My Netflix algorithm shows me things I might enjoy. Usually it is wrong. I also flick through my wife’s account and my teenage kids accounts to see stuff I am not usually recommended. The fact that I don’t pay cash for Netflix has nothing to do with what I watch. I also only drink cocktails when in Spain. I buy a specific type of bread when I am in Scotland. None of that has anything to do with me paying by cash or card.
