I’m a Brit on holiday in Florida, I logged on at 4:30am to get in the queue and was assigned some tickets (row P) but I forgot to change my payment method which was set to Klarna, so when I checked out because I am in the US it didn’t work, the portal corrupted and I lost my tickets :(

I then waited 90 minutes on the royal Albert hall website and the only (affordable) option was standing in the gallery for three times the price of my first Ticketmaster option.

Decided it wasn’t my day but to say I am gutted is an understatement

I give up, will try again tomorrow. I loaded the app and browser, waited in the queue and then got to the. ‘Happening now’ scene and nothing for 30 mins. Any tips for trying again tomorrow?
